Before you begin
Have these three things ready and you're good to go.

Step 1: Connect Your Device
BuzzStop needs to be connected to your computer to configure it.
- 1. Connect BuzzStop to your computer using the provided USB cable.
- 2. Click on the "Connect Device" button below.
- 3. Select "USB JTAG/Serial debug unit" from the dropdown.
If connection fails, try these steps:
- Make sure you are using the provided USB cable
- Try unplugging and reconnecting the USB cable
- Try using a different USB port
- Make sure you're using Chrome, Edge, or Opera browser
Step 2: Wi-Fi Configuration
BuzzStop needs Wi-Fi to fetch real-time bus arrival data. Configure your network settings below.

Step 3: Time Settings
BuzzStop displays the time on its screen. Choose your time settings.
Step 4: Bus Stop Selection
Choose one bus stop that BuzzStop will display live arrivals for. Click on a bus stop from the list to select it.
How long does it take for you to get to your bus stop?
Step 5: Configure Smart Alerts
BuzzStop can buzz when a specific bus is approaching. Set alerts for your regular routes.

Finish Step 4 first to pick a bus stop — you'll be able to set alerts here after that.

Your BuzzStop device has been successfully configured.
You can now disconnect your device and it will start displaying bus arrival information.
